1. Lake Havasu Estate Sales saved the day for us. We downsized from two homes to one home in Lake Havasu, AZ., and had a lot of furniture, sporting equipment, clothes, pictures, etc., we no longer needed or had room to store. (To say the least we had rented a huge storage unit for all the extras.) After unpacking and repacking boxes upon boxes, and moving furniture we no longer had the motivation or energy to do a garage sale so we found the “Lake Havasu Estate Sales”. The girls met us at our storage unit, saw what we had, and instead of saying it was too much work, they convinced us they could sell most if not all the items. (This was 2 weeks before Christmas 2013). They spent the entire week arranging and pricing all the items. Their presentation was very impressive and the way they displayed and arranged everything for selling the items very professional. They handled the sales in a very efficient manner as well. The sale was a success. It was well worth it to hire them. Saved us a lot of stress and I’m sure if we had to do it ourselves, we would not be able to let go of some of the items we no longer needed, but had a sentimental emotion attached to them.

There was not an empty corner in neither the entire house nor the garage. You spent untold hours cleaning, sorting and pricing all the items.   5. We needed to raise money for my mom's long term care after her husband died in November. We found Lake Havasu Estate Sales (LHES) on an estate sale website, and after speaking with the owners Susie and Aleta, we knew we were on the right path. We met once to go through the items in the house before I had to get back home, which was in another state. Owners Susie, Aleta and there crew; which consists of Susie's son Russ, her other son Rob, and her grandson Mikey, got to work cataloging, pricing, and advertising the sale, which they were able to schedule the weekend before Christmas. Because we were several states away, we really needed to rely on Susie, Aleta and their team to get the job done without much input. Susie kept us informed through every step of the process over the phone and we immediately realized that she knows this business. It was comforting to know that we had someone to handle this for us who we could trust so we could focus on other things for my mom. According to neighbors, the two day sale was packed and most everything was sold. Susie gave us a total within 24 hours and sent us a check via certified mail the following week. Susie sent us a second check a couple weeks later for items that they sold online. The team went above and beyond by helping us sell two vehicles that weren't part of the estate sale contract. LHES charged us the market rate for their service and after it was finished, we netted over $6,000 for my mom.

  11. They are amazing! I had no idea where to start with my mom and dad's house. I live over 3 hours away and it was so full of "Stuff" it was overwhelming. They met with me and calmed my fears. Prior to the sale they kept me up to date with organizing and planning of the scheduled weekend for the estate sale. They set aside family photos they found and also found my dad's long lost music book. They had at least 20 tables set up with all the "stuff" and it was so well prepared throughout my parent's house. The signs for the sale were everywhere and bright pink, you couldn't miss them! The turnout was way more than I expected. Then if that isn't exhausting enough my "Super Girls" loaded up what was remaining and took loads to the thrift store for donation. They mailed the check the next day. All I can say is WOW! You are amazing! Thank you so much!

  19. I am writing this as a buyer at one of (Susie & Mike's) Lake Havasu Estate Sales. There are a couple other Estate Sale Companies in Lake Havasu but Lake Havasu Estate Sales is the only one my boyfriend and I go to. Susie, Mike and all their employees are so personable and always have smiles on their faces which is always nice. I was lucky enough to be at one of the sales a couple of weeks ago and I met Susie's son (I think Rod or Rob) who was... so helpful. I purchased a dresser that was so heavy and he offered to help without me even asking. I also met Virginia who I had seen before but never personally talked to her. I was also looking for a certain kitchen utensil. I asked Virginia if she knew if one was there and she took me right over to where it would be or should be if they had one. Guess what? It was right there and I purchased it. I had been looking for about 6 months for one. The best part of this writing is that when I went to pay for my items, I accidently gave Susie a $100.00 mistaken for a $10.00 bill. She immediately told me of the mistake.
